Shipping & returns

Delivery

Orders typically leave within 3–5 business days. Once a parcel ships you receive confirmation with tracking. Free delivery on orders of $45 or more. Under that, shipping is $4.99. Five basic packs or four holo packs already clear the free-delivery line. Every pack is two stickers.

Returns

Unused, unapplied skins can come back within 30 days in the original sleeve. Applied skins are not returnable — they are cut to your card. Contact us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label when the return is approved.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the package and the skin within 48 hours of delivery. We replace print or shipping defects. We do not replace cards you already own.
