Terms — Uploads & intellectual property

When you upload art or place a custom order, you promise that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not copy someone else’s trademark, logo, character, or other protected work.

We may refuse, cancel, or not print any upload or order that appears to include third-party intellectual property. If we do, we will send a short notice. We do not have to give a detailed explanation, and we are not required to refund beyond what the law requires.

Rights holders: send a notice to info@stickyfunhouse.com with enough detail to identify the content (order or product link if you have it, what is protected, and why). On a valid notice, we will remove or cancel the item.
